At Bristol Botanics, we believe that great spaces are made possible by great people. With a passionate team and decades of experience, we’re proud to introduce the individuals who bring our vision to life every day.
Our Story
Based in Englewood, Colorado, Bristol Botanics was established in 1988 by Sue and Rich Bristol. Over the next 35 years, they built the company into the largest independent foliage provider in Colorado, delivering high-quality design and service to clients across the region.
In 2023, Sue and Rich announced their retirement and passed the torch to Antonio deOliveira and Alex Allen. Longtime team members and friends, Antonio and Alex, are proud to carry on the company’s legacy while guiding it into a new era.
Their partnership began over a decade ago while working at a technology company in Florida. With a shared passion for small business and service, they quickly became close collaborators. In 2015, they relocated to Colorado and spent the next eight years working together at two different companies before joining forces at Bristol Botanics.
Antonio leads Operations, Finance, and Accounting, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Alex oversees Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, bringing energy and insight to every client relationship. Together, they believe that people come first, both the customers they serve and the employees they work alongside.
